Refund policy
According to current law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (except for SALE items and the items we have specially marked as not open purchase, special orders and hygiene products) if you want to change to another product, color, size or cancel your purchase.
Please note that if you want to return something, you must first contact us for approval.
If you receive an item that is defective or an incorrect delivery, we will replace you free of charge with a new item. However, you must notify customer service of this no later than 5 days after you have received your goods and at the same time send in a picture of the damaged item via email.
We at Reunion do not have free returns.
If you wish to return an item, you pay the return shipping of SEK 75 yourself.
Customer service sends a return shipping slip. To return an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition it was in when you received it.
Send with receipt and waybill. On the receipt, state the reason for the return.
