We at Reunion have for many years tried to create a webshop that is sustainable from a return point of view. 
The returns cost a lot of money for the companies and even more for nature and waste of resources such as packing material, gasoline for transport and wages for people who set up because we humans are sloppy in our behaviors

We are clear that we do not receive returns on SALE items.

We receive webshop returns by arrangement. Not SALE items.
We follow the e-commerce laws, but we do not receive returns on capital.

Goods in regular range of temporary discounts can be returned within 14 days by law. We are happy to help you switch to another product, color, size if you regret your purchase.

All shipping costs are paid at the customer's expense.

Please note that the return slip is sent with each order but if you want to return something then you must first contact us for approval.
We cannot receive returns sent to agents. We charge SEK 250 for pick -up on agents.


According to current law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (except for SALE items and the items we have specially marked as not open purchase, special orders and hygiene products) if you want to change to another product, color, size or cancel your purchase.
Please note that if you want to return something, you must first contact us for approval.

The item must be returned to us unused and undamaged in its original packaging. Also enclose the delivery note and receipt.
You are responsible for the return shipping and any transport damage. We do not redeem incompletely franked packages and packages sent cash on delivery.


If you were to get an item that is defective or an incorrect delivery, we will replace you free of charge with a new item.
You must notify customer service this no later than 5 days after you have received your goods and at the same time submit a picture of the damaged item by mail.

To return an item, this must be unused, in original packaging and in the condition it was when you received it.
Please note that a return slip is sent in each order, but you must first contact customer service to get the complaint approved.

We at Reunion have no free returns.
If you want to return an item, pay the shipping in return yourself.

We do not go in and change or remove invoices at Klarna.
If we have agreed on a refund or credit receipt/gift card on part of the amount, we correct in your order and this is automatically adjusted in Klarna.

The shipping cost is SEK 75 for purchases up to SEK 899.
If you shop for more, we offer the shipping cost.

Exceptions occur when ordering products weighing more than 10 kg, such as large heavy furniture or other products that are bulky.
We announce the correct shipping cost.

We at Reunion have the ambition to change buying patterns in the long term.
Our pictures and our information of each garment must be so accurate that you as a customer can always buy the garment and be sure that it fits.
If you are unsure about fit, color, etc., we would like you to try the garment on in our stores or visit one of our talented retailers and shop LIVE.
It reduces the large mountain of returns in the world and saves lots of money and resources that we can use to create new collections and fun happenings for you as a customer.
