Through our online retail portal you can quickly and easily initiate a return and specify why you want to return the product. By giving us a reason for the return, you can help us improve our products and services with your feedback.

You have 14 days from receiving your online order to return your goods.

All freight is done at the client's expense. A return shipping of SEK 75 will be added upon return.

To return an item, this must be unused, in original packaging and in the condition it was when you received it.


You use the return slip that comes via email to return your return, and we will make a payout when the order returns to our warehouse. If you have paid with Klarna, we correct your invoice, otherwise the money will return to your account. 

As a customer, you have the right under the Distance Purchase Act to return within 14 days.

Returned Policy

To return an item, this must be unused, in original packaging and in the condition it was when you received it.
Goods in regular range of temporary discounts can be returned within 14 days by law. We are happy to help you switch to another product, color, size if you regret your purchase.

All freight is done at the client's expense.
A return shipping of SEK 75 will be added upon return.

We cannot receive returns sent to agents with another consignment note. We charge SEK 250 for pick -up on agents. If you do not have a shipping note, contact: kundtjanst@reunionhome.se

For our international customers, we victim a self-service return process. Customers are Responsible for Booking the Own Delivery tie with the Chosen Shipping Company for Returns.

We at Reunion Has tried for many years to create a webshop that is sustainable from a return point of view. 
The returns cost a lot of money for the companies and even more for nature and waste of resources such as packing material, gasoline for transport and wages for people who are right because we humans are sloppy in our behaviors.

How do I make a return?

After registering your return above:

1. Preparation

  • Pack the return in the same bag / box in which it was delivered. If you do not have the original packaging, you can use any other bag or box.

2. Send

Paste the return label on the package, and make sure it covers the original address label.

Submit to your local DHL agent.

Seal your return package properly so that it is not damaged on the way back.

3. Refund

  • It can take up to 14 working days for the goods to get back to our warehouse.
  • Once the return has been handled, we will make a refund using the same payment method you used when you made the order.
  • Please note that it may take several days before the money is back in your bank account, depending on your agreement with the bank and the bank's terms.
SHIPPING

All freight is done at the client expense.

The shipping cost is SEK 75 for purchases up to SEK 1499.
If you shop for more, we offer the shipping cost.

Upon return, a shipping cost of SEK 75 will be added.

We strive to offer traceable and safe shipping with reasonable conditions, and our shipping prices are set outside Actual costs we have for delivery and handling. 

Delivery time is about 2-4 working days
Packages that are not picked up from agents within 5 days go back to us and we must then charge a fee of SEK 200.

Exceptions occur when ordering products weighing more than 10 kg, such as large heavy furniture or other products that are bulky.
We announce the correct shipping cost.

Shipping outside the EU

Buy outside the EU may be charged with import duties and taxes that you as a customer stand for at your own expense. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot tell what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary depending on the delivery destination.

For International Order, we victim a self-service return process. Customers are Responsible for Booking the Own Delivery to Sweden.

Right of withdrawal

You have, according to current law, 14 days of withdrawal right (except the goods we have especially marked as not open purchase, special orders and hygiene products) if you want to switch to another product, color, size or undo your purchase.
Please note that if you want to return something, you must first contact us for approval.

The item should be returned to us unused and undamaged in original packaging. Also attach the delivery note and receipt.
You are responsible for the return shipping and any transport damage. Incompletely postponed packages and parcels sent against postal advances we do not redeem.

Complaints

If you were to get an item that is defective or an incorrect delivery, we will replace you free of charge with a new item.
You must notify customer service this no later than 5 days after you have received your goods and at the same time submit a picture of the damaged item by mail.

To return an item, this must be unused, in original packaging and in the condition it was when you received it.

We do not go in and change or remove invoices at Klarna.
If we have agreed on a refund or credit receipt/gift card on part of the amount, we correct in your order and this is automatically adjusted in Klarna.
