Payment terms

Terms of payment: 30 days net. From the due date of the invoice, late payment interest is charged with the applicable reference interest, late payment interest.


All prices are stated in SEK. VAT is added for Swedish customers. We reserve the right to change prices.


Delivery takes place as soon as possible - within 2-4 days unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be added after ordering. When ordering products outside our regular range, the delivery time can be longer than normal. Contact our sales agent at helena@reunionhome.se If you want to know more!

What is personal data?

All information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a living natural person is considered personal data.

Even images (photos) and audio recordings of individuals that are processed on a computer can be personal data even if no names are mentioned.

What is meant by processing personal data?

Processing of personal data is everything that happens with the personal data. Any action taken with personal data constitutes processing, regardless of whether it is performed automatically or not.

Examples of common treatments are collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, processing, transmission and deletion.

What personal data do we collect about you and why?

Types of personal data:

* Name
* Contact details (for e.g. delivery or customer service)
* Purchase information (e.g. which item was ordered and at what time)

For processing orders, the following processing may take place:

* Handling of payment
* Delivery and notification
* Customer service

Sometimes it is necessary for us to share personal data with companies that act as personal data assistants for us, for example, it may be about the company that transports ordered goods, or the company that processes the payment. All our personal data assistants process the information according to specific instructions and laws.

We share personal data with the following types of personal data processors:
* Carriers, companies that transport the goods
* Payment solutions
* IT services, companies that handle operation and maintenance of our IT solutions

In order to handle, for example, customer service matters, we sometimes need to save personal data, but we always strive to store it for as short a time as possible. If you want to know more about how long the data is saved or get a deeper insight into which personal data we process about you, you are always welcome to contact us.

You have the right to request that your data be corrected if it is incorrect, in which case we ask you to contact us. If the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, you can contact us and request deletion. We use so-called Cookies so that you as a customer will have the best possible experience. A Cookie is a passive small data file that almost all websites use, with the help of Cookies we can keep statistics on how the website is used and get good information about how the website can be improved. Cookies also help keep track of what you as a customer have in your shopping cart.

You can set your browser so that it does not accept Cookies.

Delivery conditions


We only deliver to business addresses, not box or residential addresses. If no one is on site at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to invoice for any warehouse rent of goods or additional shipping costs.

Deviating opening hours must be notified when placing the order.

Transport damage

When you receive a delivery to your store, you must carefully inspect the goods at once.
Are there signs of damage or theft? Has someone opened your goods or is something missing? If you discover something that is not correct, you must leave a written note on the waybill for the driver to sign. You and the driver must each keep a copy of the waybill.

If you do not leave a note, you cannot receive any compensation for your damaged/stolen goods! Hidden damage must be reported to the carrier within 7 working days. If such a situation arises, you must contact customer service at Reunion Nordic AB as soon as possible but no later than within 7 working days. Compensation is paid after completion of the investigation by the shipping company.


If Reunion Nordic AB delivered the wrong product, please report this within 8 days for replacement delivery.



Complaints on the goods (does not apply to transport damage) shall be reported to Reunion Nordic AB no later than 8 days after received goods (the duty of investigation).

Order number, article number, number, photo and cause must be sent in the same email to helena@reunionhome.se before the product is sold or forwarded to third party. Goods can only be returned after a written approval from Reunion Nordic AB. The goods must be returned in its original packaging with all Tags/markings left on the goods.



We reserve the right for possible final sales and for possible printing errors on the web and in the catalogue. Dimensions, colors and weight may differ, even minor differences in design may occur.
