order confirmation

An order confirmation is automatically sent to the e-mail address you have specified in your customer details.

It may be good to save it in case of any contacts with customer service.

Delivery time

The delivery time is normally 1-5 days from the time your order is placed. If someone is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time may be longer. We will immediately send a message about this.

minimum orders

We have no minimum order, all orders are equally welcome!

Payment

We accept all cards on the market, including American Express.

You can also pay through Klarna, Swish, Apple pay or Shop pay.

We do not go in and change or remove invoices at Klarna. If we have agreed on a refund or credit receipt/gift card for part of the amount, we will correct it in your order and this will be adjusted automatically in Klarna.

Shipping

The shipping cost is SEK 75 for purchases up to SEK 899. If you buy for more, we offer the shipping cost. Exceptions occur when ordering products weighing more than 10 kg, for example large heavy furniture or other products that are bulky. We will notify you of the correct shipping cost.

If packages are not picked up, we charge a fee of SEK 200, it is this fee that we are charged by our shipping company

If you wish to return an item, you pay the return shipping yourself. The product cannot be returned without contacting customer service.

Complaints

If you receive an item that is defective or an incorrect delivery, we will replace you free of charge with a new item.
However, you must notify customer service of this no later than 5 days after you have received your goods and at the same time send in a picture of the damaged item via email.

Customer service sends a return shipping slip. To return an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition it was in when you received it. Send with receipt and waybill.
On the receipt, state the reason for the return.

Right of withdrawal

According to current law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (except for SALE items and the items we have specially marked as not open purchase, special orders and hygiene products) if you want to change to another product, color, size or cancel your purchase.
Please note that if you want to return something, you must first contact us for approval.

The item must be returned to us unused and undamaged in its original packaging. Also enclose the delivery note and receipt.
You are responsible for the return shipping and any transport damage. We do not redeem incompletely franked packages and packages sent cash on delivery.

Dispute

Disputes arising from these conditions must be settled in a Swedish court.

Our sales take place in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990:932), the Purchase Act (SFS 1990:931) and the Distance Contracts Act (200:274).
